Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Jiawei Linggui Fuping Decoction in the treatment of hepatitis B cirrhosis with ascites(the type of qi stagnation and dampness obstruction),and to provide an effective solution for the treatment of hepatitis B cirrhosis with ascites(the type of qi stagnation and dampness obstruction)by the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine. Methods: According to the principle of randomized control,65 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group. The control group(32 cases)received basic treatment of Western medicine, including reasonable diet, antiviral therapy, diuresis, liver prote ction and albumin supplementation. The experimental group(33 cases)received oral treatment of Jiawei Linggui Fuping Decoction on the basis of the control group, with 28 days as a course of treatment in both groups. After the treatment,to observe the ascites volume, differences of TCM syndrome score, liver function,24-hour urine volume, abdominal circumference and body weight between the two groups, and the clinical efficacy was analyzed by SPSS17.0 statistical software according to the relevant evaluati on criteria.Result:(1)Comparison of clinical efficacy: The total effective rate was 90.9% in the experimental group with 5 effective grade I,15 effective grade II and 10 effective grade III.In the control group, there were 3 effective grade I,7 effective grade II and 16 effective grade III.The total effective rate was 81.3%.Statistical analysis showed that there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).(2)Evaluation of curative effect of TCM syndromes: After the course of treatment,7 cases were cured in the experimental group,16 cases were markedly effective, the total effective rate was 93.9%;4 cases were cured in the control group,9 cases were markedly effective, the total effective rate was 87.5%.The total effective rate of the experimental group was better than that of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)Comparisons of liver function related indicators:(1)Compared before and after treatment,ALT,AST,ALB and TBIL were significantly improved after treatment(P< 0.05).(2)Compared with the control group, the improvement of ALT,AST,TBIL and ALB in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).(4)Ascites related indicators: Both groups improved in reducing abdominal circumference, weight and increasing urine volume, but the effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: Conventional western medicine combined with Jiawei Linggui Fuping Decoction can improve the clinical symptoms, signs and liver function of patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis with ascites(the type of qi stagnation and dampness obstruction),increase urine volume, reduce weight, reduce ascites grade of patients, and provide effective reference for clinical treatment of hepatitis B cirrhosis with ascites(the type of qi stagnation and dampness obstruction).
