The Comparision Of Emergence In Patients With Different Ages During General Anesthesia Monitored By Narcotrend

Objective: The aim of this study is to determine the comparision ofemergence in patients with different ages during general anesthesia monitoredby Narcotrend.Method: This study included100patients, who were undergoinglaparoscopic radical gastrectomy in Bethune First Hospital of Jilin Universityfrom December2013to February2014. A group of50patients aged65to80years, B group of50patients aged40to64years.A group of patients wererandomized to two groups: Group A1(Narcotrend,n=25), Group A2(Control,n=25) according to a table of random numbers. B group of patients wererandomized to two groups: Group B1(Narcotrend,n=25), Group B2(Control,n=25) according to a table of random numbers. In Narcotrend group, the valueof control will Narcotrend D2(46-37) during surgery procedure, in controlgroup, patients received Narcotrend monitoring but the anesthesiologist can notsee the date. In the operating room, patients standard monitoring wasestablished. Anesthesia was induced with target-controlled infusion of propofolwith a scheduled plasma concentration of3.5μg ml. Propofol was TCI with arete of2.0-4.0μg ml and remifentail infused6-8g kg h for anesthesiamaintenance Narcotrend, mean artery pressure (MAP), hear rete (HR), propofolinfusion rate were recorded at the basic value(T1),1min before trachealintubation(T2), after tracheal intubation(T3),1min before pneumoperitoneum(T4), after pneumoperitoneum(T4), after pneumoperitoneum(T5), the end ofoperation(T6). The comparison between A1group and A2group in the time ofemergence, the comparison between A1group and A2group in the time ofemergence. Result: Group A1patients emergence time was singnificantly less than thegroup A2, B1group and B2group were no difference in emergence time.Conclusion: Narcotrend can reduce the dose of propofol, the time ofemergence was singnificantly shorter in elderly patients, there is no clinicalSingnificance in shortening the emergence time of the young patients.
