Objective: This study observed the relationship between PDN and8-iso-PGF2α、MDA、SOD,which aims to explore the relationship between the oxidative stress and PDN.Methods:Screening75cases patients with T2DM and28cases of healthy subjectshospitalized in department of endocrinology of second artillery force general hospital fromFebruary2013to October2013,According to the diagnostic criteria, they were divided intofour groups,(1)A group,there are26patients only with T2DM,(2)B group,there are24patients with DPN,(3)C group,there are25patients with PDN,(4)N group,healthy controlgroup,28cases.Groups were matched in sex and age.All the subject detectedheight,weight,blood pressure,BMI,HbA1c and blood biochemical indexes.Recording theVAS score of DPN group and PDN group.Four groups of patients were measured theserum levels of8-iso-PGF2α, MDA and SOD,to observe the changes of each index,analysis their relationship with PDN.Results:1.The results of general clinical data comparison among N group and A、B、C groupsshow that there had significant difference in SBP、HbA1c、course and LDL(P<0.05).Therewere no significant differences in age、BMI、DBP、TG and TC(P>0.05),There haddifferences among A group and B、C groups in course(P<0.05),there had no differencebetween B group and C group in course(P>0.05).There had no difference among A groupand B、C groups in age、BMI、DBP、TG、TC、SBP、HbA1c and LDL(P>0.05).2. Compared the8-iso-PGF2α and MDAamong N group andA、B、C groups,the levelof8-iso-PGF2α and MDA increased in A group and B、C groups,there is statisticalsignificance(P<0.01).Compared the8-iso-PGF2α and MDA among A,B and C groups,the the level of8-iso-PGF2α and MDA in C group is higher than A and B groups,there hadsignificant differences(P<0.01).There had significant differences among N group and A、B、C groups in8-iso-PGF2α and MDA(P<0.01).3.Compared the SOD among N group and A、B、C groups,the level of SOD increasedin A group and B、C groups,there is statistical significance(P<0.01).Compared the SODamong A, B and C groups,the the level of SOD in C group is less than A and Bgroups,there had significant differences(P<0.01).There had significant differences amongN group and A、B、C groups in8-iso-PGF2α and MDA(P<0.01).4.Correlation analysis4.1In DPN group and PDN group,the VAS was positively correlated with MDA、8-iso-PGF2α,and negatively correlated with SOD.4.2In DPN group and PDN group,the VAS was positively correlated with HbA1c andTC.4.3InT2DM groups (including group A、 group B and group C),the serum8-iso-PGF2α level was positively correlated with course、HbA1c、MDA,and negativelycorrelated with SOD.The serum MDA level was positively correlated with course andHbA1c,and negatively correlated with SOD.The serum SOD level was negativelycorrelated with course and HbA1c.Conclusions:1. VAS correlated with MDA、SOD、8-iso-PGF2α,patients with PDN had higherserum8-iso-PGF2α level and higher serum MDA than N、A and B, had lower serum SODlevel than N、A and B.These results suggest that oxidative stress may be involved in theoccurrence of PDN, oxidative stress levels associated with PDN pain degree, may providesa new way of thinking for the clinical treatment of PDN.2.The VAS was positively correlated with HbA1c and TC,instruct that blood sugar,blood fat are the risk factor for pain,at the same time for the treatment of PDN shouldstrengthen the adjustment of blood sugar and blood fat.3.The serum8-iso-PGF2α、SOD、MDA correlated with course and HbA1c, instruct that blood sugar and course are the important factors of the oxidative stress.
