Objective:Observed the level of IGF-1, IGFBP-3the influence on it’s concentrationafter rhGH treatment in patients with diabetic foot, explore the role of IGFs indiabetic foot lesions, for looking for effective clinical drug to provide theoreticalbasis for the treatment of diabetic foot. Methods:Step One: Determination alone in patients with type2diabetes and40patientswith type2diabetes mellitus and diabetic foot from Jinlin province people’s hospitalin plasma IGF-1, IGFBP-3concentration, and with the same period a medicalcenter of gender, age, body mass index (BMI)40healthy adults plasma measurementsare matching.Step two:40patients with diabetic foot were randomly divided into twogroups.one is recombinant human growth hormone treatment group, the other wastreated with conventional control group. Recombinant human growth hormone groupwas given recombinant human growth hormone0.4IU/kg· d injection, subcutaneousinjection, the treatment course,15days between two treatment5days, a total of threecourses; Conventional treatment group given equal dose of normal salinesubcutaneous injection. RhGH treatment are before and after treated with ELISAmethod, plasma IGF-1, IGFBP3concentration and plasma protein (total protein, albumin, transferrin), fasting blood sugar. At the same time two groups to comparethe efficiency.Results:1. Diabetic foot group of serum IGF-1, IGFBP3concentration significantlylower than simple diabetes group and normal control group (p<0.01), which was statistically significant. IGF1simple diabetes group was significantly lower thannormal control group (p <0.05),which was statistically significant, simple diabetesgroup IGFBP-3is lower than the normal control group (p <0.05), which wasstatistically significant.2. Recombinant human growth hormone, IGF1content beforeand after the treatment were176.48+/-19.52ng/mL,215.24+/-20.36ng/mL (p <0.01), IGFBP-3levels were37.29+/-4.50ng/mL,44.87+/-4.36ng/mL (p <0.01), rhGH treatment was compared with the conventional treatment group beforeand after its higher degree statistically significant (p <0.05), two groups of bloodglucose changes are not statistical significance.3. RhGH treatment efficiency wassignificantly higher than the conventional treatment group (p <0.05),which wasstatistically significant. Conclusion:Compared with patients and healthy adults simply diabetes, diabetic foot IGF-1,IGFBP-3levels were significantly reduced. Diabetic foot patients, after administrationof rhGH treatment, the increase in protein synthesis, accelerate wound healing.Compared with the conventional treatment group, patients with plasma rhGHtreatment group IGF-1, IGFBP-3levels increased the degree course in atime-dependent manner. RhGH treatment of patients with diabetic foot was not raiseduncontrollable apper.
