Objective:Henoch-Schonlein purpura (HSP) which was also known asheng shu syndrome (Henoch-Schonlein syndrome). It make the bodyinflammatory medium reaction, immune function disorder, antigen-antibodycomplexes deposits Under the common action in the genetic, infection,Sensitinogen etc, which eventually led to the small vasculitis as themain pathological changes of systemic vasculitis.Especially the dysfunction ofthe T lymphocyte subgroup played an important role in the process of theimmune and inflammatory reaction. The major clinical characteristics of thisdisease are cutaneous purpura, abdominal pain, hematochezia, arthralgias andproteinuria. It influence the quality of patient’s life because that it oftenrepeated. So far, the etiology and pathogenesis of the disease has not beenfully elucidatedThe study showed that there was imbalance of Th1/Th2in HSPpatients, and the function of Th2relatively prevailed over Th1.Studies haveshown that,it had the common phenomenon of the cytokine secretion disorderin the Allergic purpura patients. Interleukin10(IL-10)is a cytokine secreted bya wide variety of cell types, Its main biological function seems to be thelimitation of inflammatory responses and the regulation of differentiation andproliferation of several immune cells. In recent years,Research both at homeand abroad shows that the expression level of IL-10was higher in the serumof HSP group,The IL-10participated in the pathogenesis of HSP and playedan effect in patients with HSP.Yue xin et al had Studies confirmed,IL-10as animportant hubthe of the body in the process of the negative feedback andinflammatory response, it played an important protective effect in the HSPwith vascular endothelial injury which were mediated inflammatoryfactors.Matches the later literature.then some literature reported, the differences between the expression levels of IL-10in serum of the patientsgroup and normal controls was no significant,so it remains to be furtherdiscussed.Interleukins26(IL-26), also called AK155, belonged to theinterleukin10(IL-10)family members,it was an inflammatory cytokinesclosely related with IL-10which was the newly discovered,But researchshows that it played a strong inflammatory effec in a variety of differentorganization of the human body.it was geted great attention by the researchersboth at home and abroad in recent years,It may be as the susceptibility relatedto autoimmune disease and allergic disease.Recently, Li zhichao researchreported, the expression level of IL-26was higher in the serum of HSP withnephritis group and no nephritis group than that of normal controls,But therewas no statistically significant difference between the two groups, whichExplained the IL-26participated in the development and the process of theHSP.We detect the expression level of interleukin-10(IL-10) andinterleukin-26(IL-26) in blood serum of HSP, compared with healthy controlsubjects, In order to investigate the correlation between the expression of IL-10, IL-26and the pathogenesis of HSP.To provide a theoretical basis forstudy the pathogenesis of HSP.Methods:The case group involved30typical HSP patients who werechoosed from January2013to June2013in dermatologist out-patient serviceof the second hospital of Hebei Medical University.Selection standard:1Patients with allergic purpura had typical skin lesions (none of stomachachearthrodynia and kidney damage)and the blood platelet count are normal.2Patients had not hemorrhagic disorders in the family.3They had not receivedsystem treatment of glucocorticoids and cytotoxic drugs which affected theimmune function in last four weeks before the experiment.4None of themhad autoimmune diseases or other serious chronic systemic diseases.Normalcontrol group came from healthy hospital care staff. The case group consist of14males and16emales, age range8~27years old, average age was16.57±4.06years old,20cases who were from our health medical staff was normal control group. the group consisted of9males and11emales, age range12to28years old, average age was18.05±3.59years old,Through t-test,sexand age had no significant differences with the case group. Adopted elbowvein blood2ml, centrifugated samples with3000revolutions per minute for20minutes. Then the serum samples were frozen at-70℃in the refrigeratorof preservation. Application of double antibody sandwich-type enzyme-linkedimmunosorbent assay (ELISA) detected the expression level of IL-10andIL-26in blood serum,The statistical data was carried out by SPSS19.0software, The statistical data of IL-10and IL-26showed normal distributionby the test of normality, so we used two independent sample t-test, for theexpressed level of IL-10and IL-26in serum, we analyzed betweent the casegroup and the normal control group, p<0.05had statistical significance.Result: The result of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was showed, the expression level of IL-10in HSP patients serum was higher than that inthe normal control group (t=3.189P=0.003P<0.05), the difference wasstatistically significant, the expression level of IL-26in HSP patients serumwas higher than that in the normal control group (t=3.126P=0.003P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:1The IL-10and IL-26participated in the pathogenesis of HSP.2The expression level of IL-10in the serum of HSP group was higher thanthat in the normal control group. IL-10played a protective effect in patientswith HSP.3The expression level of IL-26in the serum of HSP group was higher thanthat in the normal control group. the IL-26may participated in and speeded upthe process of the HSP as a inflammatory factor.4IL-10and IL-26played an important role in the occurrence anddevelopment of HSP,they can be as a new direction of research in the future.
