Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Ulcerative Colitis(Stagnation Of Liver Qi And Spleen Deficiency) With Modified Prescription Of Retention Of Pain And Modified Retention Enema Combined With Mesalazine

Objective: to objectively evaluate the effectiveness,safety and practicability of the modified method of retention enema plus modified enema combined with mesalazine in the treatment of ulcerative colitis with liver depression and spleendeficiency.Through the research and analysis,we should confirm the role and advantages of retention enema in order to make it possible to promote in clinic.The purpose of this study is to observe the curative effect.Methods: according to the inclusion criteria,60 patients were selected in the clinic,and the random tables were divided into two groups,30 cases each.The control group(30 cases)was given Mesalazin Enteric-coated Tablets orally,and the observation group was treated with pain reducing Decoction and Enema with the enema on the basis of the treatment of the control group.The improvement of TCM symptom and colonoscopy examination before and after treatment were recorded,and the comprehensive effect was observed.Results: the clinical observation showed that the observation group of 17 cases of complete remission(56.67%),10 cases(33.33%),effective in 2 cases(6.67%),invalid in 1 cases(3.33%),the total efficiency(96.67%);the control group 10 cases of complete remission(33.33%),10 cases(33.33%).Effective 6cases(20%),invalid in 4 cases(13.33%),the total effective rate was 86.67%.By statistical analysis,P<0.05,the observation group has better curative effect.There were no adverse events in the two groups during the whole experiment.Conclusion: comprehensive observation of this observation,you can see the pain diarrhea prescription,modified enema,Mesalazin Enteric-coated Tablets,combination of Chinese and Western medicine,oral and enema,and the treatment effect is accurate,worthy of clinical promotion.
