Objective: This paper aims at using enzyme linked immunosorbent assaycombined detection of PAPP-A and ADAM12in the advanced level in theserum ofpregnant women with preeclampsia.Study on its expression indifferent age, gestational age, disease status in the analysis using the statisticaldata to investigate the process occurs in preeclampsia developmentsignificance. To explore the mechanism, looking forward to the mark has thevalue ofclinical diagnosis and treatment of preeclampsia, severityassessment, prognosis. Methods: Selection of China Japan Union Hospital of Jilin Universityfrom2012.9~2013.9in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology deliveryin China Japan Union Hospital of Jilin University for27-40weeks44pregnantwomen with preeclampsia,6Patients with hypertension of pregnancy and50normal pregnant women,Keep the serum. All pregnant women have no chronichigh blood pressure, heart, liver, kidney disease and diabetes.ELISA was usedto detect the expression level of each group of PAPP-A and ADAM12in theserum of pregnant women.Results:1.Comparison of preeclampsia and normal pregnant women ingeneral. There are6cases of gestational hypertension and44cases ofpreeclampsia group, the group Preeclampsia have27cases of mildpreeclampsia,17cases of severe preeclampsia. All of the patients between theages of21to36years old,Their average age was28years, mean gestational age(36.5±3.2) weeks. The observation group of2cases of twin pregnancy.Thecontrol group had3cases of twin pregnancy. In addition there are significantdifferences in gestational age, The observation group and the control group were no other complications. The difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05) in age, gestational age, body weight and other aspects.2.Comparison of pre eclampsia and the expression of PAPP-A in normalpregnant women. The observation group of50cases of pregnancy inducedhypertension syndrome patients serum PAPP-A content was (62.7±11.7) mIU/L.It is significantly higher than those in normal control group (28.2±13.1)mIU/L (P <0.01).With the observation group with the aggravation of thedisease, the PAPPA content increased gradually (P <0.01).3.Comparison of pre eclampsia and the expression of ADAM12in normalpregnant women. The observation group of50cases of pregnancy inducedhypertension syndrome patients serum ADAM12content was (1190.76±213.60)μg/L.It is significantly higher than those in normal control group(605.06±148.89)μg/L(P<0.01).The Severe preeclampsia group washigher than that in mild preeclampsia group, but the difference was notstatistically significant (P>0.05).4.In late pregnancy,PAPP-a>40mIU/L and ADAM12>900μg/L topredict values, both joint positive predictive value of88.3%, higher than that ofsingle positive predictive value (P <0.05).Conclusion:1.Expression levels in late pregnancy and the highexpression of PAPP-A in patients with preeclampsia, indicates that PAPP-Ahave important significance in the pathogenesis of preeclampsia.Thelexpression of PAPP-A level expression increased, indicates the severity of thedisease.2.Expression levels in late pregnancy and the high expression ofADAM12in patients with preeclampsia, indicates that ADAM12haveimportant significance in the pathogenesis of preeclampsia, But there was nosignificant difference in its severity. 3.The experimental results show the advanced preeclampsia group, serumPAPP-A and ADAM12levels were significantly higher than those of normalpregnant women in late pregnancy group.PAPP-A and ADAM12combinedforecasting positive predictive value of PE is higher than the positive predictivevalue of single index.suggesting that the serum levels of PAPP-A andADAM12combined detection can be used as a set of flags for preeclampsiamatter, but its predictive value of to still need a lot of model to prove.
