By Measuring PAPP-A Which Expressed In Villi And Testing In Early Pregnant Women’s Blood Serum,to Analysis The Relationship Between The PAPP-A And Pregnancy In Early

Objective:By measuring PAPP-A expression in normal pregnant women and has a history of abortion of pregnant women in blood serum and villi,to understand the relationship,with PAPP-A and pregnancy in early.Methods:1.By ELISA to measure PAPP-A in early pregnant women’s blood serum.Randomly selected during February 2013 to June 2014 to obstetrics and gynecology clinic of the Shanxi Medical University First Hospital 79 cases.Draw blood 5ml to test the standard of PAPP-A by ELISA.Following up until GA 12,judge the result of early pregnancy.Then according to the result discuss the correlation between PAPP-A and pregnancy.2.Using by SABC was tested PAPP-A which expressed in villiSelected 33 cases who has the danger of abortion pregnant as a group,except of the case who can find the sure cause.Selected from the same period line abortion voluntary termination of 30 cases of normal healthy pregnant women as control group.Analyze the data by statistical software,measurement data with mean ± standard deviation,is compared between group by using analysis of t and χ2test.If P<0.05,the difference has a significance in statistics.Results:1.The standard of PAPP-A expression in blood serum①The standard of PAPP-A in early pregnant women will increase following the pregnant time(see table 1).②In 79 cases, 27 cases has the danger symptoms of abortion, 5cases of PAPP-A value is less than PAPP –A Mo M values.the other 22 cases is normal. 52 cases patients without the symptoms of abortion, including 4 cases of PAPP-A value less than PAPP-A Mo M values, normal 48 cases. See table 2.③Until GA 12,13 cases have a bad result(16.46%),66 cases have continuing pregnancy(83.54%),see table 3. ④The level of PAPP-A in abortion is lower than continuing pregnancy.2.By HE to compare the tested group and the normal groupThe study group that abortion villus fit outside nourish cells decreased significantly,the number of the cell in the inner was increased; mesenchymal cells fibrinoid degeneration; eosinophilic enhancement(figure 2). The control group outside cell volume is larger, abundant cytoplasm, and mutual confluence, lining cells, the nuclei of nourish are vacuolated, contour is clear; mesenchymal cells down within a pattern(figure 1).3.The difference of PAPP-A which express in villiThe study group and control group in villi can be seen the expreeion of PAPP-A.PAPP-A more express in villi outer cell(figure 3,4).The degree between the two group of expression is having statistical significant.The average gray level of PAPP-A in the study group is higher than the control group’s.Conclusions:The determination of PAPP-A value reduced may be a risk factor for spontaneous abortion.The obviously decreased level of PAPP-A in the study group can guess that the expression of PAPP-A in villi could lead to the expression in blood level drops.So it can be PAPP-A as indicators of clinical to pregnant women,avoiding the happening of excessive medical treatment.
