ObjectiveTo investigate serum levels of PAPP-A,PC,PS and hs-CRP in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD)and their clinical significance.Methods124patients with CHD (case group) and124healthy adults(controls)were recruited in this study. The serum PAPP-A,PC,PS and hs-CRP levels were measured by ELISA in both groups.ResultsThe serum levels of PAPP-A,hs-CRP in CHD group were significantly higher than those in normal controls but the serum levels of PC and PS were significantly lower (P<0.05). The serum levels of PAPP-A,PC,PS and hs-CRP were significantly different between patients with different CHD type(stable angina pectoris, unstable angina pectoris, myocardial infarction),with different vascular number (one artery, two arteries, three arteries)and with different vascular stenosis(<80%,80%~90%,>90%)(P<0.05)ConclusionSerum levels of PAPP-A,hs-CRP might be associated with the susceptibility to CHD and the degree of condition, the serum levels of PC and PS to CHD might be in the contrast.
