Objective:The expression of PPARγ, M-CSF, CA125and HE4were detected in serous epithelialovarian tumors, borderline serous ovarian tumors and serous ovarian cancer. PPARγ,M-CSF, CA125and HE4of relationship with clinical stage, pathological stage and lymphnode metastasis were explored.Methods:70cases serous epithelial ovarian tumors were selected, including20cases of serousovarian tumors,10cases of borderline tumors and40cases of cancer. Know positive breastbiopsy as a positive control, PBS instead of primary antibody as a negative control. PPARγ,M-CSF, CAl25and HE4were selected in70cases of serous epithelial ovarian tumors byusing immunohistochemistry, and analyze their pathological significance.Results:1. Positive expression rate of PPARγ in serous ovarian tumors (30.00%) was lowerthan the borderline serous ovarian tumors (60.00%) and serous ovarian cancer (72.50%)(P<0.05); expression rate of M-CSF in serous ovarian tumors (10.00%) was significantlylower than the borderline serous ovarian tumors (60.00%) and serous ovarian cancer(70.00%)(P<0.05); positive expression rate of CAl25in serous ovarian tumors (20.00%)was lower than the borderline serous ovarian tumors (60.00%) and serous ovarian cancer(65.00%)(P<0.05); positive expression rate of HE4in serous ovarian tumors (0.00%) wassignificantly lower than the borderline serous ovarian tumors (70.00%) and serous ovariancancer (80.00%)(P<0.05).2. Between the expression of PPARγ, M-CSF, CAl25, HE4in serous ovarian cancerand tumor differentiation were negatively correlated, and clinical staging, lymph nodemetastasis were positive correlation.3Compared with single detection, PPARγ, M-CSF, CA125and HE4the four jointdetection can improve the diagnostic yield of serous ovarian cancer. Conclusion:Between the expression of PPARγ, M-CSF, CAl25, HE4in serous epithelial ovariantumors and severity of ovarian tumors, the degree of differentiation, clinical stage, lymphnode metastasis have some relevance. PPARγ, M-CSF, CA125and HE4the four jointdetection can improve the diagnostic yield of serous epithelial ovarian tumors, it is likelyto be a good indicator to detect serous epithelial ovarian cancer.
