Clinial Research On Principle Of Tonifying Spleen And Kidney, Removing Channel Stasis In Treating Type 2 Diabetes Peripheral Neuropathy

Purpose: To observe the therapeutic efficacy of principle tonifying spleen and kidney, removing channel stasis in treating type 2 diabetes peripheral neuropathy.Methods: A randomized controlled trial was conducted. 50 patients with DPN were randomly classified into two groups, in treated group patient (n=25) at the basic of normal treatment treated by principle tonifying spleen and kidney, removing channel stasis. In control group patient (n=25) were treated by normal therapy of Metformin and VitB. One month was a course of treatment and the trial lasted 3 months. The observed indexes include both curative effect indexes, such as clinic symptoms, FBG, 2hPBG, HBAIC and blood lipid.Results: Principle tonifying spleen and kidney, removing channel stasis could ameliorate the clinic symptoms of the patients obviously the difference was Significant compared to the control group (P＜0. 05);Meantime, the patients’ blood sugar, LDL-C abated obviously compared to the treatment before.Conclusion: Principle tonifying spleen and kidney, removing channel stasis has sure curative effected in treating DPN. It is worth studying deeply and developing further.
