With the global set off a boom of Chinese learning, the school began to recruit in all directions from the overseas Chinese learners. At the same time Chinese language teaching gradually valued by the people, as the bearer of Chinese culture, Chinese characters and Chinese characters teaching often be ignored. Chinese character stroke order for ordinary Chinese people, as long as the level of primary culture can grasp, but for international students in terms of really difficult. Although each school Chinese teacher to teach students some knowledge of Chinese characters, Chinese characters teaching does have some teaching and research results, but the Chinese character stroke order for students teaching and research is still very limited.In this paper, the status of current students learning Chinese character stroke order, specific rules mastery of the difficulties and problems. First of all, I Erenhot Mongolian School and the Inner Mongolia Normal University International Exchange College students test of the questionnaire and the Chinese character stroke order, collected some useful information. I then, according to the existing Chinese character stroke order theory of teaching and students’cognitive characteristics, combined with teaching experience accumulated in the course of the internship of the author, the specific classification and cause analysis the students partial character tutor. Often mistaken, and put forward the corresponding Teaching Strategies. I hope this will give the Chinese as a foreign tutor. Provide a useful reference to help Chinese learners better grasp of the Chinese character stroke order.The paper is divided into four chapters, the first chapter is the introduction, which mainly describes the status of teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language, the objects and methods of the purpose of this study and the significance of this article. The second chapter first describes the Chinese character stroke order rules, and then were analyzed questionnaire and test volume on the the students Chinese character stroke order bias, the test volume divided into Chinese Proficiency test test Volume and testing Volume Ⅱ, the last test Chinese character stroke order volume bias classified and summarized. The third chapter is the Chinese character stroke order for test bias cause analysis, there are four main points, namely, the complexity of Chinese characters themselves, teaching a weak sense, the Negative Transfer the impact and inappropriate teaching methods. Chapter stroke Chinese as a Foreign Language Teaching Countermeasures bias proceed in four areas, the first is to enhance the awareness of Teaching Chinese Characters, followed to reduce the negative transfer of the mother tongue, again to improve teaching methods, the last Chinese character stroke order for this bias teaching skills.
