The names are also closely linked with the dialect, mainly for the useof "ge" in naming from a lexical point of view. Lexical name features are animportant reflection of the cultural identity of cooked wheaten food in Shanxi. Thereare a wealth of cultural significance behind the names, take example for aestheticappeal of the realistic and impressionistic and the symbolic and cultural expressionsof the historical stories and tales and names in popular rituals behind the names ofcooked wheaten food.There are many problems and difficulties in the development of names cookedwheaten food, particularly in the lack of attention, standardization and publicity.
