"Imagery training, music expression" teaching method, onlyas a kind of teaching method and means, and put forward basedon sports theory mature imagery training as the foundation,combined with sports dance music properties, in the sportsdance teaching process, the "imagery training" and "musicexpression" effective together, in action in the process oftechnological learning by using imagery training, enhance thedance art, the music in the express themselves method, and thetraditional sports dance teaching method, compared theexperimental conditions such as relative, obtain relativequantitative results.This article selects the object is the sports dance specialstudents, are learning sports dance have three years of time,have a certain action technology foundation, according to thesports dance teaching and learning stages, the stage isstudents from the basic action technology is mainly to artisticchange, artistic, greatly improve with through the musicprocessing to show, music as a dance soul, melody, rhythm, showthe differences between different music situation, the sportsdance special students through his body express yourself offers possibility. Therefore, in the study put forward this stagemusic expression, is necessary and feasible.Results show that: the "imagery training, music expression"teaching classes of students’ achievement both in sports dancerumba basic action technology learning or rumba patternlearning routines, are better than that in comparative classesusing traditional sports dance teaching method is betterteaching effect. In action technology learning speed, thestudent to the sports dance teaching and learning attitude,understand the inherent meaning movement has obvious effect.
