| Into twenty-first century,Sport-dancing is known as the world’s first movement and deeply loved by people from all over the world.Since sports dance was introduced into China,it has come a long way,and the competition among various countries is becoming increasingly fierce.However,its literary and artistic attributes have been fully explored,while the study of sports attributes has been neglected.Research objective: the purpose of this experiment is to verify whether the balance training is effective for the existing Sport-dancing training system,and the function in Sport-dancing teaching.It provides support for the athletes to bear the heavy training load,develop self-consciousness,improve the accuracy of movements and obtain the best sports effect with the least consumption.Research method: on the basis of consulting and collecting relevant data,this paper adopts the methods of literature review,observation,experiment and mathematical statistics to carry out an experimental research on the balance training of rumba in the Sport-dancing of students majoring in Sport-dancing in Anyang university.This paper studies the current situation of dance sport teaching,the necessity and feasibility of integrating balance training into Sport-dancing teaching,the training method of balance ability,the basic situation and physical condition of students learning dance and the problems they encounter.The study targeted: this study took students majoring in dance performance in Anyang university as experimental subjects,including 20 students in the experimental group(10 males and 10 females)and 20 students in the control group(10 males and 10 females).All subjects in the study are in good health and participate in this study voluntarily.Research results:(1)After 9 weeks of experimental intervention,the students in the experimental group improved their basic dance balanceability in situ,such as standing on one foot,but not in the control group.(2)After 9 weeks of balancing training,the balance ability,basic steps of Rumba Dance and the performance of complete finished dance combination of the experimental group students were significantly improved compared with the control group students.(3)The experiment proves that the balance ability training carried out by the experimental group is effective,and it can improve students’ dance performance in sports dance teaching.(4)Through balanced training,the students’ control of all parts of the body is strengthened,the students’ control of body shape in Sport-dancing is improved,and the muscular strength of legs and trunk is strengthened.Research conclusions:(1)normal teaching with sustainable balance training will further improve students’ balance ability;(2)on the basis of conventional teaching,combined with balance ability training,can effectively improve students’ dance performance.(3)Through balance training,the students’ control of all parts of the body is strengthened,the students’ control of body shape in Sport-dancing is improved,and the muscular strength of legs and trunk is strengthened;(4)It is necessary and feasible to carry out balance in Sport-dancing teaching. |
