| Physical education is the main front of the physical education work in higher vocational colleges.Under the new conditions,it is necessary to do a good job in the reform of physical education in higher vocational colleges,give full play to the unique function of physical education,so as to realize the physical wisdom,physical heart,and cultivate the technical talents with physical and mental health.With the development of sports dance elective courses in higher vocational colleges,how to help dance beginners form clear movement cognition,accurately master basic dance techniques and complete sports dance movements with high quality has become a big problem in teaching under the condition of limited course duration.In this paper,imagery training is combined with sports dance teaching,aiming to adjust students’ individual physiological function to an appropriate level by consciously awakening and repeatedly operating imagery in the mind,so as to transform imagery from a vague and unstable simple concept to a clear and stable behavioral state,thus shortening the process of the inherent imitation stage in skill teaching.Accelerate the proficiency and automation of motor skills.In view of this,in this paper,through the method of literature,expert interview,questionnaire survey and other research methods,the students were divided into experimental group and control group at the beginning of the experiment,and the questionnaire survey was conducted to preliminatively understand the understanding degree of students in higher vocational colleges on Latin dance,and the traditional sports dance teaching method was adopted in the control group,namely: Teachers explain demonstration,students imitate practice,teachers tour guidance,optimize the teaching effect of these four processes.The experimental group divided the teaching process into three stages according to the representation practice form of different means.In each stage,the teaching part of representation training was added on the basis of the traditional teaching method of Latin dance.After the experiment,by comparing the two teaching methods on the motor imagery ability of female college students and the effect of rumba technique,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)Through 16 weeks of imagery training,the experimental group of students’ motor imagery ability,technical level of body posture,balance,foot technology,rotation and rotation,time value/drag time value,music rhythm of seven aspects compared with the control group,it is found that the application of imagery training can not only improve the students’ motor imagery ability,It also helps students to master the basic dance techniques and movement skills.(2)In this experiment,the teaching process of sports dance is divided into three stages,respectively using different practice forms to carry out representation training teaching.In each stage,different combinations of thinking and practice are implemented,which can help students form correct technical concepts of sports dance at different stages.In teaching,we strive to respect the phased characteristics of students and individual differences among students,and follow the principle of step-by-step teaching to make representation training more targeted,so as to effectively consolidate and strengthen students’ understanding of dance movements,in line with the teaching process of movement generalization,technical differentiation and skill automation.(3)Image training has multiple sensory channels and multiple image types.Experiments have proved that the training method combining multiple senses(such as visual,auditory,kinesthetic and static,etc.)with various representation types(such as memory representation,reconstruction and creation of representation)can enrich students’ awareness and thinking,which is more effective for improving students’ learning efficiency and improving their motor skills.(4)Creative imagination is the highest form of this study.Under the influence of the basic exercises of long-term imagery training,the level of individual physiological arousal is in a good state,which is reflected in the improvement of students’ enthusiasm,richer thinking ability and sublimation of understanding ability of dance,which makes it possible for dance beginners to practice creative imagination.Under the influence of music rhythm,students can practice and feel the dance repeatedly until the dance moves and music are perfectly matched,making the dance combination unique,beautiful and harmonious. |
