| Under the background of the rapid development in the global culture industry, such as America, Japan, South Korea, the support from the banking for the industry, has a mature business model. After nine ministries had a series of financial policies, many domestic banks are testing the waters of the cultural industry market. IC Bank of Shaanxi Branch as one of the largest state-owned commercial banks, in the face of emerging financial demands, showing single and traditional credit means and lack of specific characteristics for financing business model for the culture industry of its own structure and credit business customers need to be optimized.This article is based on the finance business in IC Bank of Shaanxi Branch of the cultural industry customers as the research object, by investigation method, comprehensive analysis, case analysis and other methods. This paper expounds the relevant theory and the characteristics of the bank credit. Through actual investigation of IC Bank of Shaanxi Branch, the method of SWOT is used to analyze the credit structure, market, business process, such as development pattern. The designs of the credit business process are lack of pertinence, risks controlling, out of balance, insufficient product innovation ability and no characteristics of the marketing ability, and other deep reasons. The integration of the existing credit business process as the basis of optimization, in view of the financing business process reengineering, to professional management and credit product innovation as a way to optimize the implementation of the stable customer base, to build the core competitiveness to achieve goals, designed for the optimization of the financing business in IC Bank of Shaanxi Branch. Finally, to guarantee the smooth implementation of optimization scheme those are brought up in this paper, the thoughts, professionals, branding promotion are supporting measures.In this paper,the problem analysis, research conclusion has important practical significance to IC Bank of Shaanxi Branch, even some other domestic commercial banks. |
