A Study Of Exercise Re-design In The TCFL Textbooks

Textbooks’ exercises, only adequate and effective, play an important role in theformation of students’ Chinese proficiency. So compiling exercises palys an importantpart in the TCFL textbooks. Generally speaking, the research on the textbook exercisestill lags behind, we need study further. But the current research mainly focused onthe textbooks’exercises itself, they do not take the object and teaching practicalsituation into account, such as the specific needs of different learner, teaching timeand different places. So this requires teachers to play a dynamic role, redesign thetextbooks’ exercises, according to the characteristics of the different learner and thedifficulty of learning.In this paper, we have made research on the redesign of the elementary TCFLtextbooks’exercises by deleting, adding, adjusting and making up according to thestudents’ language and the teaching practical situation, so as to improve the efficiency,which can help student better master Chinese. The first chapter is the introduction,mainly describes the reason, meaning and current researches on textbooks’exercises,summarizes the principles of textbook exercises’compiling. The second chapteranalyzes the questionnaires of students and teachers about textbooks’exercises, thenwe find their views and recommendations on this, which provide the basis andreference for the textbook exercises’redesign. The third chapter, the fourth chapter,the fifth chapter are about the redesign of oral textbook exercises to make them better,respectively from pronunciation, vocabulary and topics. At the same time, itsummarizes some suggestions about the pronunciation, vocabulary and topics, whichhas a certain universality, available for others to learn from. The sixth chapter reflectsthe redesign of the elementary TCFL textbooks’exercises according to the studentsperformance in the class and exam for the future exercises’redesign.
