All national’s development is one of the basic safeguard of national unity and stable, China have done a lot of fruitful work in this regard. In terms of Tibet,China made a lot of plans to help tibet,and carry out the plan one by one,establish tibetan classes(schools) in the mainland is one of them.How to made the help useful, is a important premise to make sure long term development of tibet,also the realistic problem.So,we need discuss efficiency problem of that policy. Through on-the-spot investigation, found that the tibetan students that in inland tibetan classes tibetan language ability is low, to some extent, hindered their normal life and work after they return to tibet, which become one of the factors of hinder the policy’s effect. Study how to promote their ability of tibetan language, has important practical significance, On the one hand, it can promote the efficiency of that policy,on the other hand,it can promote nations development,and to maintain national stability and unity.The research on the basis of abundant literature,through questionnaire survey, indepth interview, field observation and comparative analysis,made a deep discuss on that problem. Field survey found that, the students’s tibetan language ability is low,which take them a lot of troubles in their daliy life and work.Tibetan language class hour less;Absence of tibetan language teacher selection mechanism;Students’s learning motivation is low;Teaching form single,the classroom atmosphere depressing; Teachers’s dialect problem; Teaching materials far from tibetan local culture,are the main bad effects.We need guarantee the number of tibetan language class;Improve the quality of teaching and learning; Improve the mechanism of tibetan language teachers selection;Pay attention to promote teachers’ professional quality;Write the teaching matiral that link with tibetan local culture; Ultimately achieve the goal that promote the tibetan language ability of students in tibetan classes(schools)in the mainland.
