Since China and South Korea have formal diplomatic relations since1992, the twocountries exchange in politics, economy, culture, education and other fields. So, the SouthKorean government, to raise the strength of domestic Chinese teaching, according to thesurvey data and according to the Chinese embassy in South Korea by2007ordinary highschool second language learns Chinese situation for the5613class, reached to163422, theuniversity Chinese professional situation for the130class, reached to23477, the collegeChinese professional situation for the76class, learning the number is5536,100graduatestudent class, reached940people, including a master’s of715people,225, Dr.Number ofHSK was37176in2006, the Chinese communist party with Chinese characters in Koreaability examination number more than10000people, all the data above shows Korea’sChinese teaching is carried out in full swing. This being said, South Korea’s high schoolChinese language learners’ listening and speaking skills are relatively poor, the teaching effectis not optimistic Chinese listening and speaking course.
