The Chinese culture skill teaching is an important part of teaching Chinese as a Foreign Culture, as it is an emerging profession; it is quite obviously that there are many problems exist in the setting of the course, teaching method and the mode of training and evaluating, etc. So there are so much work remains to be done in the future. Based on the above problems, I am trying to carry on researches in the setting of the courses such as calligraphy, paper cutting and tai chi, the current situation, strategy and the content in the course of teaching Chinese to speakers of other languages under the guidance of performed culture approach in this paper.This paper mainly includes six parts:The introduction part mainly includes these three parts:the introduction of the raising of the problem about setting Cultural skills teaching in the course, the introduction of the review of relevant research literature and the meaning of the research.The first chapter focuses on the application of performed culture approach in teaching culture skills, this pedagogy advocates teaching language in culture secede, it creates opportunities for students to learn, experience and blend in the culture of the country that students study in. The global core is students taking part in the teaching course.The teaching method is very practical and operational; it includes five basic experience modes. This chapter also reveals the problem lies in the skilling teaching of Chinese culture in MTCSOL of Lanzhou University; it lacks professional teachers, normative curriculum design, teaching and evaluating system.Combined with the theory of performed culture approach, the second chapter to chapter IV introduce calligraphy, paper cutting and tai chi teaching respectively, mainly refers to its abundant Cultural transmission elements, the method applying in the whole class design and the evaluation mode based on practices. There are also some teaching cases in these chapters.The final section summarizes the conclusions in its entirety and discusses the use of literacy skills teaching experience teaching for the entire Chinese cultural significance of international education and enlightenment.
