In the double promotion of the internal development of higher education and external factors of social needs, China began the implementation of the full-time cultivation in most of the Professional Degree. As a sub-discipline of professional degree, the cultivation of Master of Education’s development is just ten years. In2009, the Ministry of Education started to enroll the Full-time Master of Education, and it is the very first time that the Full-time Master of Education has been able to enter into the public. Therefore, the study on Full-time Master of Education has a theoretical value and practical significance. However, there are little researches in this area at present, and a certain amount of vacancies is existed in theory and practice. As a core area in personnel training, curriculum setting plays a vital role in the quality of personnel training, so this paper is going to explore the problem in the cultivation of Full-time Master of Education from this perspective.At first, this paper elaborates the background, meaning, literature review and research method in general. And it also gives a definition on the concepts of curriculum, Full-time Master of Education and curriculum setting. The construction of Full-time Master of Education is based on Tylor theory frame which consist of four aspects: ensuring educational target, choosing educational content, organizing educational content and evaluation of education. Second, the dissertation illustrates the history of master degree carefully and ensures the develop progress of education master degree. Third, the dissertation takes Guangxi Normal University and Guangxi Teaching Academic as examples by using questionnaire and interview to reveal the recent problems of curriculum setting. The results of the researches show that the curriculum setting is inappropriate, including:course contents are out-of-date because some teachers do not renew them in time; the teaching method is simple in which the teachers teach while students are sitting to listen; the ratio of courses is not equal, lacking in selective courses which did not satisfy the need of students and the practicum lacks guidance. Fifth, on the basic of former researches, the dissertation proposes seven suggestions to curriculum setting:1) Construct a systematical guidance on practicum and make full use of practicum;2) Keep the original course and prolong the period;3) Emphasize on teaching ability and promote comprehensive ability of students;4) Renew the course content and theory on time;5) Set up more selective courses related to teaching;6) Diversify the teaching methods;7) Adjust courses according to students’need.
