In recent years, with the rapid development of economy and society, the government needs to absorb more of each professional worker into the civil service team, to provide better and more comprehensive service for the economic and social development. And from the exam of civil servants, we can see the stability and the security of the career of civil servants attracts a large number of applicants, includes not only the workers who have working experience, but also fresh college graduates. The competitive situation is very fierce. Especially recently, young civil servants as a indispensable group of their teams, the fastest growing number, the proportion of the higher and higher. In this background, it is necessary to the civil service for youth career management research. The career anchor theory is an important part of the career management theory, many studies have shown that the type of career anchor has a very important significance for career satisfaction and organizational loyalty. So the research to career anchor type of youth civil servants will help the government to better manage young civil servants.This paper based on the review of the related literature of the past, taking202under40in human province of test samples. Through the questionnaire investigation of the civil servants career anchor and job satisfaction, analysis the type distribution of youth career anchor and the influence of job satisfaction of civil servants, and puts forward some related Suggestions.Through the related and regression analysis of the questionnaire data, This study puts forward the following conclusion:First of all, eight career anchor type are all distributed in the group of youth civil servants. Gender, age, marital status and degree of civil servants have the different level of influence to the type of youth career anchor.Secondly, the job satisfaction of youth civil servants is high. Gender, age, marital status and degree of job satisfaction of young civil servants have the different level of influence to the type of youth career anchor.Finally, through the related analysis and regression analysis to job satisfaction and career anchor, the life career anchor has significant influence on internal satisfaction, the life and technique career anchor have significant influence on external satisfaction, the safety career anchor and the life career anchor have significant effect on overall satisfaction.
