China's civil service system was established in the 1990 s.After more than 20 years of development,it has made great progress.It has not only sent more outstanding talents to the civil service system,but also promoted socialist modernization after the reform and opening up.In addition,the influence of ideological emancipation has gradually expanded throughout the country.Women have gradually moved from the behind-the-scenes of social development to the front desk and participated in more economic and political activities.Among them,the civil service system is more focused on transactional characteristics and is also subject to a large number of young women in the job market.Favor.Today's expanding young female civil servants objectively require more systematic and refined career development management to help them achieve a better match between their values and work,thereby enhancing work efficiency,enhancing women's job status,and achieving social commonality.A beautiful situation of development and harmonious development.This paper takes the young female civil servants in A County,a key poverty-stricken area in the country as the research object,combines the local natural and social environment,and uses the questionnaire survey method,interview method and other research methods to analyze their current situation and existing problems in the career development,and deeply analyze the reasons.And put forward corresponding countermeasures to promote their career development and achieve their career goals correctly.This paper mainly contains the contents of six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction part,which mainly includes the research background,research significance,research methods and research status at home and abroad.The second chapter is the theoretical basis,including the work-life balance theory.The theory of "end-of-power defect" and the theory of achievement motivation;at the same time,the factors affecting the career development of young female civil servants are defined,and the context of problem-solving and problem-solving is clarified;the status quo of the third chapter is divided into two parts,the first part It is to explainthe status quo of social development and the composition of the civil servant system in A County.The second part is to investigate the design of the career development of young female civil servants in A County by interview method,questionnaire survey method and comparative analysis method,and summarize them with reference to male civil servants.The five characteristics of career development;the fourth chapter and the fifth chapter are the problems and causes of the analysis of the career development of young female civil servants in Butou County;the sixth chapter is mainly from the four aspects of social culture,institutional policy,personal and family work balance.
