Moreemphasis should be put into social equity, and increase efforts to regulate thedistribution of income and strive to relieve the trend of widening income gap betweenregions and some members of society, so that all people can share the victory fromreform and development.The primary prerequisite for China’s social security system reform is to insist onmaintaining social justice. For now, there are many problems in China’s socialsecurity system,such as uneven development of cities and villages security system,lagging behind the development of rural security system, many vulnerable groups lackof the necessary social security, social security level between the regional units beinga wide gap. Therefore, reform the social security system as soon as possible,improvethe existing social security system, On the basis of the social equity, we must activelycarry out the construction of the public finance system, reform of the existing transferpayment mechanism as quickly as possible; Properly implemented the flexiblesecurity payment,continue to increase and adjust the level of social redistribution;improve the security system of the vulnerable groups so that to improve the level of protection of them; start with the medical insurance and pension insurance, toimprove the level of othersocial insurance benefits further, expanding the coveragesocial security.
