People will face all kinds of decision making problems everyday, the problems of decisionmaking could either simple or complex, when the decision problem is complex, we can’t solvealone, we should do together through coordination; and decision making problems has theuncertainty and strong fuzziness in actual lift, so the FMAGDM is developed.In this paper, the theory and method of MAGDM based on IFS is studied; three kinds ofMAGDM of IFS are used to solve specific practical problems in a particular field.Firstly, the background and significance of this topic is described, and the domestic andforeign research phase of the IFS-FMAGDM is introduced, the main research content of thepaper is determined according to the relevant theory. Secondly, the relevant basic theory of theIFS-FMAGDM is introduced, including the IFS theory and FMAGDM theory, so it providesreference for further research of IFS-FMAGDM. Again, the entropy and similarity of IFS isstudied, a new similarity formula is established by using entropy and similarity transformationrelation; the new method applies in the FMAGDM problem, so experts’ objective weight methoddetermined by entropy and similarity is established using the evaluation result of alternatives.Then, the weight method based on IFOWA operator is studied by similarity, a method ofdetermining weights IFOWA operator are given, and the IFOWA operator is used in the groupdecision making method. Finally, the basic characteristics of TOPSIS are summarized,a newMAGDM method is given by the IFMAGDM of the vector projection TOPSIS; And the mainapplication step of the method is described in detail.
