In this paper, by a series of experiments on an offshore oilfield, the result shows the relevance between the experiment parameter, such as Desand-Hydrocyclone flow caliber, Desand-Hydrocyclone inlet flow, Suspension solid concentration, slurry viscosity and so on, and Desand-Hydrocyclone efficiency. The experiments results show that reducing the Desand-Hydrocyclone flow caliber will drop Desand-Hydrocyclone efficiency, Desand-Hydrocyclone inlet flow too large or too small all can reduce desanding efficiency, suspension solid concentration, slurry viscosity and hydrocyclone efficiency is inversely proportional. |
