The erosion and wear of the wall by solid in desanding process will reduce the life of Cyclone Desander,the paper FLUNET Desander different models for simulation,study various parameters on the Cyclone Desander wear of wall surface mode.The main contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)Based on the principle of gas-solid separation,in the application on the basis of field data shows the structural parameters of Cyclone Desander establish Cyclone Desander geometry.(2)On the basis of numerical simulation methods on research,based on anisotropic Reynolds stress model(RSM),pressure interpolation format uses PRESTO! Format,calculation method adopted SIMPLEC algorithm analysis of the Cyclone Desander gas velocity distribution,pressure distribution.(3)Change Cyclone Desander exhaust pipe and core barrel diameter ratio dr,dust port diameter ratio dc and air inlet area ratio Ka for Desander numerical simulation studies show decreases with dr Desander the wear rate increases,decreases as the dc Desander wall wear rate increases,decreases as the Ka Desander wall wear rate decreases..(4)Change Desander inlet velocity v and solid particles of diameter?,it has been desanding wall wear rate increases with the increase of the potential speed of the entrance was;annular space and the cylinder wall wear rate as part of the solid particles increases increase,while in the smaller diameter portion of the cone end of the barrel wear particles on a more serious impactv.(5)Obtained by regression analysis to calculate the empirical formula Cyclone Desander maximum wear rate and compared with the calculated values obtained minor error,so this empirical formula can more accurately predict the maximum wear rate of Desander,and effect of various parameters on the wear rate of Desander significant.Finally,the mechanism mechanism Desander wall wear generated by the analysis put forward effective measures to prevent and reduce wear.
