By associate degree arranged to grasp the main features of things,Identify the critical control occupational hazards workplaces,In order to focus its efforts focus on rapid and effective development of its to take remediation optimized measures to promote occupational health and safety system,During the implementation of the remediation plan, we can make use of gray Markov model to assess trends and future state of the occupational hazards, occupational health and safety decision-making purposes can determine whether the scientific and effective occupational health remediation plan for the next judgment basis.The combination of both analysis methods can provide a more efficient solution to the occupational hazards of a business problem, focused and purposeful implementation of improvement measures for enterprises to save a lot of costs and resources, and to provide a basis for better carry out the construction projects of occupational hazards prevention. The main research content and results are as follows:(1) This thesis is part of the process of working in a steel enterprise production flow analysis, determine the actual production process of the possible occupational hazards, determine the testing methods, instruments and distribution settings. In order to improve the precision and accuracy of the prediction results, we introduce the theory of Markov, GM (1,1) prediction model to supplement and improve, in order to obtain more accurate results. The prediction results can grasp the trend toward the development of an occupational hazard factors, for inspection after remediation effect, provided the basis for timely modify the response.
