Purpose: There is a long history for People understanding the Shui-Qi. In thelong term of fighting, rich experiences were accumulated, the effectivetreatments and formulas were created, also many precious literature were left.But the acknowledgement to Shui-Qi have lain particular stress on. The annotationin Treatise on Febrile Disease of Shui-Qi are also different. This topicdesigned to clarify the Shui-Qi on the basis of development, mainly based onthe Treatise on Febrile Disease. This paper mainly discussed the water diseasesconservancy of ZhangZhongjing, made Shui-Qi theory more clear, more accurateclinical medication, the curative effect is more significant.Method: This topic used the method of literature researching, combined withancient and modern literature about Shui-Qi. There were two parts, the firstpart was studying of ancient physicians, medical for Shui-Qi, check, sort outthe academic context and diagnosis and treatment regularity of Shui-Qi; The otherpart was mainly discussed the conversations for Shui-Qi of ZhangZhongjing,through the treatise on febrile disease and synopsis of water contrast and ofShui-Qi in the Treatise on Febrile Disease and research, clustering analysis.And summarizes Shui-Qi treatment based on syndrome differentiation of ZhangZhongjing.Results: There were lots of ancients about Shui-Qi vast theoretical researchworks, the creation of water control method of the formulas were easy, effectand suffering, has accumulated rich clinical. The understanding of each Shui-Qihave deviation, but the treatments were complied on The Yellow Emperors InternalClassic, methods were complied on ZhangZhongjing, stick to the principle of"Flat in balance, go to wan Cuo Chen","ghosts door open, clean house","the water is, below the waist, when urinating, waist more swollen, when sweating".Conclusion: By studying the ancient documents, we can see that the traditionalChinese medicine theory of Shui-Qi in The Yellow Emperors Internal Classic,developed in the period of han,jin, sui and tang, mature in the period of song,yuan, Ming and qing. In the long history gradually established unique theorysystem, has accumulated rich practical experience.The various causes of wateraccumulation due to the infiltration of Shui-Qi, partial credit type swollen,cough, dyspnea, palpitation, full, vomiting, Lee, dysuria symptoms referred tothe body was termed water disease in this paper. Water is the pathological productof Treatise on Febrile Diseases, and pathogenic factors, cold and hot. In thetreatment with Lingguizhugan Decoction for basic, clinical application ofsyndrome differentiation and flexible addition and subtraction. Characteristicsof six water each have six main syndrome, the sun by the number of disease andsyndrome types in water most, the most complex; Yangming disease of Shui-Qi inthe pathogenic much empirical, heat, water with heat evil; Shaoyang syndromewith water "between cold and heat, chest and hypochondrium fullness, who donot want to diet, upset or vomit" symptoms; Shao Yin evidence of water vaporfor the spleen kidney yang deficiency cold of the pericardium meridian syndrome;Shui-Qi of syncope and water attacking the heart throb and see water syncope.
