| Chronic renal failure (chronic renal failure, CRF) refers to a variety ofsecondary or in patients with primary disease to the kidney, history has beenmore than3months, glomerular filtration rate (GFR) of the patients with lowerpart. It is difficult to treat a serious threat to human health and life of thecommon. In recent years, Chinese medicine has a good effect in the treatmentof chronic kidney disease, and by the praise and recognition of doctors andpatients in more and more.Objective: through the observation of Fuzheng Xiezhuo Decoction compared withcoated aldehyde oxystarch capsules in the treatment of chronic kidney disease3period,4period of efficacy, summarize and analyze the advantage and themechanism of chronic kidney disease treatment of Fuzheng Xiezhuo decoction.Methods:101cases of adult chronic kidney disease stage3,4cases, wererandomly divided into two groups. Two groups of patients were given conventionalwestern medicine treatment: control of blood pressure, correct ion disordersand metabolic acidosis, improve anemia.50cases in treatment group, FuzhengXiezhuo Decoction on a150ml agent, the early evening oral;51cases in thecontrol group, coated aldehyde oxystarch capsules,8capsules each time, threetimes a day. Course of treatment:28days. Observation of clinical symptoms,serum creatinine (Scr), blood urea nitrogen (BUN) and glomerular filtration rate(GFR) changes.Results: the treatment group40cases,effective in6cases,1cases were stable,and3cases were ineffective, the total efficiency of94%; control group14casesmarkedly effective, effective in10cases,12cases were stable, and15caseswere ineffective, the total efficiency of71%. The efficacy of the treatmentgroup than in control group (P <0.05). Serum creatinine (Scr), blood urea nitrogen (BUN), glomerular filtration rate (GFR) improvement and better thancontrol group (P <0.05).Conclusion: Fuzheng Xiezhuo Decoction in the treatment of chronic kidneydisease3period,4period can get a good effect. |
