Objective: By measuring the serum HA levels in patients with CK D and AKI,we investigated whether serum HA can be used in the diag nosis and differential diagnosis of CKD and AKI or not.Then,We analyz ed the correlation between serum HA concentration and Scr,BUN,serum UA,eGFR in patients with CKD.Methods:We collected 134 cases of CKD patients(73 males and 61 females)and18 patients of AKI(11 males and 7 females)who hospitalized in our Department of Nephrology from December 01,2017 to January 31,2018.The CKD was grouped of CKD1~2 stage with 29 cases,CKD3 stage with 28 cases,CKD4 stage with 26 cases,CKD5 stage with 51 cases according to the CKD-EPI eGFR calculation formula.At the same time,we collected clinical data and measured Scr,BUN,serum UA,Hb,serum Alb,24 h urine protein and so on.Serum HA concentration was measured by ELISA.Data analysis used SPSS 21.0 statistical analysis software.Results:1.The LSD correlation was used to analyze the correlation of serum HA concentration among the CKD1~2 stage group,the AKI group,the C KD3 stage group,the CKD4 stage group and the CKD5 stage group.The difference was statistically significant between HA concentration and gro uping when P<0.01.2.In CKD patients we compared serum HA and other variables usin g the correlation analysis.The results show positive correlation between s erum HA and Scr,BUN,serum UA(r=0.476,P=0.000;r=0.455,P=0.000;r=0.263,P=0.001).In addition,serum HA was negatively correlated with e GFR(r=-0.213,P<0.01).3.In the CKD group,serum HA was positively correlated with serum P(r=0.214,P=0.008)and negatively correlated with Hb(r=-0.362,P=0.000).Conclusions:1.Serum HA concentration can be used as a diagnostic and differen tial diagnostic tool for CKD.2.In CKD group,there were positive correlations between serum H A concentration and Scr,BUN,serum UA and negative correlation with eGFR.It can serve as an indicator of the level of reactive kidney funct ion.3.In CKD group,serum HA concentration was positively correlated with serum P and negatively correlated with Hb.
