Cupping Therapy Clinical Observation Especially Atopic Dermatitis

Objective:To Observe the clinical curative effect of dampness heat immersed atopic dermatitis therapied by thorn collaterals cutem,,guiding clinical treatment and determing the clinical value of stab winding per cutem therapy, broaden the new way of TCM treatment of atopic dermatitis.Methods:Divided120patients randomly into stab winding cutem group, the drug group and the acupuncture plus drug group, the course of each treatment is a total of28days.Before and after treatment, observe the pruritus score,lesion area and lesion severity to assess the patient’s symptoms and signs,observe the recurrence rate of statistics between groups recovered patients in the3th and6th months after treatment.Results:The stab winding cutem group’s total effective rate is83%, the drug group’s total effective rate is81%,the acupuncture plus drug group’s total effective rate is92%,the comparison between groups has no obvious statistical significance (p>0.05); After the treatment, skin lesion area and lesion severity score are improved, the difference has statistically significant (p<0.05); The long-term curative effect of the acupuncture plus drug group was better than the other two groups (p<0.05). Conclusion:Stab winding cutem can treat atopic dermatitis effectively, improve the symptoms of itching,reduce side effects,and its’convenient operation and low cost of treatment is easy for patient to accept.It is an ideal choice for treatment of atopic dermatitis, is worth popularizing in clinical use.
