| Objective:Observing the clinical efficacy of Traditional Chinese medicine combined with ozone hydrotherapy in the treatment of atopic dermatitis(blood deficiency and wind dryness).Methods:120 patients with atopic dermatitis who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group one(40 cases),treatment group two(240 cases)and control group(40 cases).During the obsevration,8 cases fell off,including 2 cases in the treatment group one,2 cases in the treatment group two and 4 cases in the control group.The treatment group one was treated with oral Chinese herbal decoction(Danggui Yinzi plus or minus)combined with ozone hydrotherapy.The treatment group two was treated with oral Chinese herbal decoction(Danggui Yinzi plus or minus),and the control group was treated with oral cetirizine hydrochloride syrup.All three groups were treated with external moisturizing and moisturizing agent vitamin E emulsion for 28 days.The changes of SCORAD score,quality of life score and serum total IgE level before and after treatment were observed and recorded.At the same time,Adverse reactions and recurrence rates were recorded during the study period.Results:1.Before and after treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group one was89.47%,the total effective rate of the treatment group two was 71.05%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 61.11%.The effective rate of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05),showing a significant difference.2.Before and after treatment,the scores of SCOARD,quality of life and the serum total IgE level in the three groups were significantly improved(P<0.05),and the improvement of treatment group one was significantly higher than that of treatment group two and control group(P<0.05).3.The first adverse reaction rate of treatment group was 7.89%,the second adverse reaction rate of treatment group was 10.53%,and that of control group was 11.11%.The adverse reaction rate of treatment group 1 was lower than that of treatment group 2 and control group.The first recurrence rate was 14.71% in the treatment group,40.74% in thesecond treatment group and 68.18% in the control group.The first recurrence rate in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the treatment group and the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusions:1.Traditional Chinese medicine combined with ozone hydrotherapy can effectively improve SCORAD score,quality of life score and serum total IgE level in patients with atopic dermatitis(blood deficiency and wind dryness).2.Traditional Chinese medicine combined with ozone hydrotherapy is a safe and effective treatment for atopic dermatitis(blood deficiency and wind dryness type),and the recurrence rate is low. |
