Objective:This thesis is divided into two parts, in the first part, it is in order to summarise the current clinical treatment of acupuncture and moxibustion methods with psoriasis vulgaris, which were guided by the thought of treatment based on syndrome differentiation. Then we attempt to come up with the way of acupuncture therapy with psoriasis vulgaris that based on the blood to distinguish between syndrome differentiation. At the same time, the second part is trying to assess methodological quality of treatments for randomized controlled trials with psoriasis vulgaris in recent10years, which is based on system evaluation method, and provide reference for clinical treatment and research in the future.Methods:Review the ancient documents and modern research, learn about the evolution and research progress of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of psoriasis. Classify all the acupuncture and moxibustion methods with psoriasis vulgaris into three kinds of model as the foundat ion of syndrome differ en tiat ion, including Blood heat type, Blood dryness type and Blood stasis type. Data were retrieved through the PubMed, The Cochrane Library, CNKI, VIP, Wanfang Database, randomized controlled trials with psoriasis vulgaris by acupuncture treatment, which is published from2000to2013. Select research and make data extraction according to the preset including standard and character forms, assess methodological quality and risk of bias of included studies.Results:Studies have shown that acupuncture treatments such as Moxibustion, Winding blood-letting and cupping, Acupuncture point bury line, Auricular therapy, Method of blood-letting puncture on the back of ear, playing an important role in the treatment with psoriasis vulgaris, and the effect is clear. The methodological quality of11included studies is not good enough. There are high risk of bias in key areas such as the implementation of the randomized method, curative effect evaluationConclusion:There are various of acupuncture therapies on psoriasis, for the different syndrome types with psoriasis vulgaris can find pertinent method, and the curative effect is clear, is worth further exploration.At the same time, the current RCTs with psoriasis vulgaris by acupuncture treatment had high risk of bias, there is not enough evidence that a certain method of acupuncture in the treatment of some kind of syndrome types in patients with psoriasis vulgaris has obvious advantages.
