| Object:There exists a high incidence of CAG and PLGC, with a tendency of rising year by year. Because of the high incidence and it is characterized by recurrent attacks and difficulty to cure thoroughly. Both of TCM and western medicine have certain limitation, consequently, the public have focused more and more attention on it. The disease can develop into a cancer of the stomach, thus bring heavy burden to the state, society, families, therefore, the positive early prevention is extremely important to the health finance.TCM was used to its unique diagnosis and treatment methods which had an advantage in the treatment of the CAG and PLGC. This study is based on TCM theory, the literature research, clinical expert consultation, which combined with a variety of statistical methods, discussed the CAG and PLGC syndrome and syndrome elements distribution characteristics, and analyze its etiology and pathogenesis. Finally, it takes attempts and makes some exploration to provide a scientific and clinical standardization of this disease.Methods:There are two parts in the article, including theoretical research and clinical research.There are two papers in the first part, the first summarizes the related concepts of CAG and PLGC and the etiology and pathogenesis of TCM. The second states the study of CAG and PLGC in the field of modern medical research and emphatically introduces the pathogenesis, the progress of prevention and treatment in modern medical fields, etc.The second part is clinical studies, this study observed148cases of CAG and PLGC with clinical data, from general information and diagnostic message. It takes the study of syndrome and syndrome elements distribution characteristics and etiology and pathogenesis of CAG and PLGC, with the use of statistical analysis, including descriptive analysis, difference test, clustering analysis, factor analysis.Results:(1)The higher prevalence was of middle-aged.(2)Clinical research shows that the common symptoms are in the spleen and stomach systems.(3)There is no uniform diagnosis of CAG and PLGC, TCM syndrome types and evaluation and standardization system.(4)By using clustering analysis, we can conclude that symptom elements of disease location are liver, spleen, stomach, the nature of the disease syndrome elements is qi deficiency, pathogen syndrome elements are wet, heat, blood stasis; Similar syndrome can be roughly divided into:similar spleen-stomach deficiency, similar stagnation of liver qi and stomach qi, similar stagnated heat of liver and stomach.(5)Factor analysis concludes that patients with CAG and PLGC is mainly about spleen-stomach deficiency, stagnated heat of liver and stomach, stomach collateral stasis, stagnation of liver qi and stomach qi. The disease of TCM syndrome characteristics is intermingled deficiency and excess. We can conclude that the disease of the pathogenesis of TCM are including four aspects:deficiency, heat, dampness and blood stasis, the nature of the syndrome element is false or true, deficiency syndrome are mainly about qi deficiency, yang deficiency, pathogenic syndrome are mainly about dampness, heat, blood stasis, the syndrome elements of disease location are liver, stomach and spleen.Conclusion:(1)Through the cluster analysis and factor analysis of CAG and PLGC, we study the four diagnostic information and conclude its main disease syndrome elements are liver, spleen and stomach, the nature of the disease syndrome elements are qi deficiency and yang deficiency, Pathogen syndrome elements are mainly about wet, heat, blood stasis. The kind of spleen-stomach deficiency proved to be the first the largest proportion.(2)The use of statistical analysis and study of TCM syndrome and syndrome elements is more advantageous to the objective one, avoiding the traditional research method caused by too much subjective factors in the role, it is extremely significant in the research of syndrome and syndrome elements standardization method and exploring CAG and PLGC syndrome and syndrome elements distribution. |
