Objective:Social anxiety individual’s attentional bias study is a research hotspot in recent years, this study based on theory of social anxiety individual attentional bias interpretation, explore attentional bias characteristics of social anxiety individuals. In addition, this study used the attention training of experiments to examine whether attention training can change the social anxiety individual’s attentional bias, if the attentional bias can be changed, whether this change could reduce the level of individual’s social anxiety to some extent. Pay attention to the traits of attentional bias and the training results can not only provide a certain basis in clinical diagnosis and treatment of social anxiety, but also enrich treatment methods and means of social anxiety. Methods:This study used Social Avoidance and Distress Scale and Fear of Negative Evaluation Scale to screening out39participants from a university, randomly divided into20attention training group and19control group to participate in the experiment, choose facial expression pictures as stimuli, the experiment use dot-probe paradigm to examine the individual attentional bias of social anxiety and the effect of attention training to attentional bias for social anxiety individual, use2(group:training group, control group)×3(measurement time:pretest, post-test, post-test delay) design, between-subjects factors is group and within-subject factors is measurement time, the dependent variable is attention bias scores of participant before and after training, exploring the attentional bias change at each time point of training and control groups.Result:(1) Face image stimulus presentation time of500ms, before attention training, the mean of attentional bias scores of training group and control group is30.15, Show that participants have a significant attentional bias for negative stimuli.(2) Before training and after training, before training and after training for two weeks, the training group’s attentional bias scores all have a significant differences(P<0.001), after training, the attentional bias scores difference was statistically significant of training group and control group(P<0.001), the training group’s attentional bias scores significantly reduced after training, the control group’s attentional bias scores have no statistically significant at each time point.(3) After training, training group’s SAD scores and FNE scores were all reduced, but the reduced have no statistically significant (P>0.05).Conclusion:(l)Using the facial expression pictures stimuli, when the stimulus present500ms, social anxiety individual attention characteristics is obvious bias to negative stimuli.(2) Attention training based on dot-probe paradigm can change the attention bias of social anxiety individual, change individual’s attentional resources allocation model, made individual away from negative stimuli, training effect still be maintained after two weeks; attention training can reduce the individual’s anxiety level of social anxiety to some extent, but the reduced have no statistically significant.
