Attentional bias refers to the process by which individuals give different attentional resources to the stimuli presented at the same time.Psychopathology suggests that individuals with disabilities may be given more attention to the emotional stimuli associated with the disorder, and may be attached to it,which may affect the cognitive functioning of the patient. Some researchers believe that trauma related attentional bias may be the key to influence and maintain the amount of intrusive memory after trauma. But at present, few studies involve. There is a problem in the present study:it is impossible to exclude the subjects' attention bias due to the familiarity of the material, rather than the traumatic significance of the material. So,whether the trauma of the trauma of the warning signs of attention bias? Some researchers have suggested that the training of attentional bias for individuals with disabilities can improve the symptoms of individuals with disabilities, such as intrusive memories of traumatic individuals. Therefore, the authors propose a view of giving intervention before the development of a complete PTSD(full-brown).At present,it is mainly focused on the intervention study of attention training program(AMP),but most of the studies show that the program can not improve the subjective emotional experience. For this,we put forward two possible, both AMP process improvement attentional bias effect of continuous poor, second trauma individuals actually to trauma similar stimulus attention bias and phenotype, the AMP program can only change the specific stimulus attention bias.In addition, according to the theory of cognitive separation of trauma,we believe that the AMP program may affect the intention extraction of the traumatic event. Therefore,we believe that a more effective intervention method is proposed.According to the previous studies,we think that the visual cognitive distraction task can effectively reduce the attentional bias of the subjects and the subsequent recall. In Experiment 1 and experiment 2,we explored the effects of attentional bias and its effect on the amount of memory recall after trauma, and compared it with neutral film.Experiment three on the basis of the AMP program to explore the effect of.On the basis of Experiment four,we explored the effect of visual cognitive distraction task on attentional bias. The conclusions are as follows:1 the trauma experience showed attentional bias to the trauma related information, and there was a non adaptive generalization. The 2.AMP program could not improve the attentional bias of the subjects, correct their non adaptive attention patterns, and affect the intention extraction of the traumatic events.3 visual cognitive distraction task can improve the attentional bias of the subjects, but can not improve their emotions, does not affect the intention of the subjects for the extraction of traumatic events.
