In order to understand Liaoning Province Women’s Hockey Reserve personnel training. Organizations to set more reasonable operating normally.2、 The reserve team of Liaoning Province Women’s Hockey Coaches are somewhat younger, both from a professional team, coached a relatively short time, lack of experience, for the attitude generally seriously, but do not attach importance to be led by the poor wages, athlete transportation difficult and other factors impact of interference to their work;3、The selection of athletes following a sports team transportation and school team selection as the main channels, there are some limitations, the selection of a certain lack of scientific, Junior B and Junior Male Athlete of majority.4、The competition side of the mirror has two faces, both test results of training and promote the training level, but also the drawbacks of the supremacy of results, leading to serious athletes."Premature aging" phenomenon;5、Back-up talent base in women’s hockey venue facilities are almost complete, but the serious lack of training facilities such as mental training, rehabilitation, medical supervision, and other equipment;6、Liaoning Province Women’s Hockey reserve personnel training match funding is generally adequate, but a single source, the main financial allocation;7、Obvious contradiction between the Liaoning Province Women’s Hockey reserve personnel learning and training, athletes generally recognize the importance of cultural lessons, but the results are generally poor, the main reason for not formed a "teaching" before the idea of "body";8、Retired reserve personnel of the Liaoning Province Women’s Hockey narrow way out, most athletes can not be effective resettlement;9、Reserve personnel, Liaoning Province Women’s Hockey Team is the low level of scientific management, needs to be improved;10、Projects lack of media attention and social masses foundation.Reserve personnel training and development of women’s hockey in Liaoning Province Countermeasures:The perfect back-up personnel training management system; Media campaigns, improve the degree of social concern; and to expand the scope of youth hockey project to popularize; and improve the selection, research, training, integration, system, improve the system of training support facilities; easing the learning and training contradictions; and deepening of the athletes social security system and broaden the employment channels.
