A Study Of The Integration Of Psychological And Physical Training

Much importance has been attached to pistol shooting training in police academies, especially to practical application of shooting skills. This paper makes a study of the integration of psychological training and physical training mode in terms of the questionnaire, the literature, the logical analysis and the empirical comparison, the quantitative statistics and expert interview. The purpose is to come up with a theoretical support for the pistol shooting training.This paper begins with the psychological analysis of the influence of the trainees on the capacity of physical training. Then the paper tries to figure out the patterns of this influence, determines the experimental class and the control class for an experiment, and obtains the data of both psychological and physical in training. Through the data analysis, this paper draws a conclusion and suggests two integrations of sport shooting and application shooting, of psychological and physical training. The ultimate goal of the integrations is to enhance the importance of psychological training and improve its efficiency and enforcement capacity.
