Martial artrs belongs to the performance of skills,at a high level competition, athletes need to have a highly developed sense of time, space and accurateinstruments.Good psychological adjustment ability is also needed to strengthen theneural process balance and stability of internal training. Core strength trainingrequires light load, slow velocity, static and dynamic stability and the characteristicsof neural control ability, which is more suitable for young athletes and scientifictraining in line with their physiological characteristics. When young athletes are in theperiod of sensitive to the neural control training, the body stability ability can beimproved through the core strength training during this period. In this paper, literature, expert interview method, experimental method are usedto thorough analysis and research the effect of core strength training on the stability ofbody in young Martial arts athletes by introducing three times per week, each time1hour core strength training methods for16weeks on12young yichang Martial artsteam athletes. The research found that:1) the core strength training can improve the balanceability of core parts, special quality and special technology in young Martial artsathletes obviously, even the performance of athletes;2) Core strength training cansignificantly enhance young Martial arts athletes with vestibular sense, somatosensory, vision, control of the central nervous system and muscle strength between thecoordinated ability and improve the ability of stability in body equilibrium;3)Relative to the static balance test, SEBT test can reflect more on neuromuscularcontrol ability about body(ontology), lower limbs strength, physical activity whereasthe static balance test is better than SEBT test on reflecting side differences of bodybalance;4) In general,12players shows that the level is uneven with core strength onright side better than left;5) Thourgh core strength training, the ability of stable joints, center control and core muscle group working together is improved in young Martialarts athletes in sports. It also help athletes to improve the basic technical specificationof movements, maximinism the rotation angle of spins and make full use of core training on body stability in the competition to achieve the purpose of improvingperformance.
