Martial arts is the project of skills hard dominant class performance, to practitioners of power、speed、balance and proprioception have very high requirements. With the development of competitive martial arts, the balance of power and strength increasingly demanding, traditional training methods play a role, but to break the original level, it is necessary to introduce advanced training methods and means. With vibration training theory and practice of continuous improvement, the research combine vibration training with a project to improve special level is more and more. But less likely to see in the martial, arts projec t.The study using experimental and mathematical statistics, select two representative frequencies(30HZ,50HZ) were studied. Grade11and12, Beijing Sport University Martial arts special14male athletes as experimental subjects were randomly divided into30HZ,50HZ group, the experimental training intervention for eight weeks, lower extremity strength, balance and movement of special technology for testing before and after the experiment, compared of the change indicators before and after the experiment, the following research conclusions:(1)8weeks vibration training can improve special Martial arts athletes of the lower limb strength; the martial arts special athletes to maximum strength, fast strength and explosive force of lower limbs.50HZ vibration stimulation for maximum explosive power training effect was significantly superior to30HZ. In improving the martial arts athletes lower limbs maximum explosive50HZ is more effectively than30HZ(2)8weeks vibration training can significantly improve the balance ability of special martial arts athletes. Mainly to improye martial arts athletes x, axial balance ability when standing on two feet, reduce body sway in the horizontal direction, the balance in the x、y-axis (front and rear) when standing on one leg.50HZ vibration stimulation can improve in the x direction of the average moving speed, moving distance and the moving distance in the y-direction is better than30HZ.(3)after8weeks vibration training,50HZ frequency of training on the improvement of Xuanzi outperformed30HZ.
