Strength quality is the most basic quality, physical quality is the key factor to improveperformance, is the current hot issues in competitive sports training. With the furtherdevelopment of scientific sports training, sports athletes gather in strength training methodsand means become more special, more and more coaches recognize the special strengthtraining has a strong characteristic.This study by coach to Sun Shuai Yu Kewei training plan and arrangement of strengthtraining of juvenile shot put athletes study, on the one hand, for China’s teenagers shot athletestrength training theory exploration provides a typical case analysis and theoretical reasoningthinking; Shot put athletes, on the other hand, find accord with teenagers grow up, becomelaw and characteristics of the sports rules and methods of strength training. In order tocultivate excellent youth backup talents lay a solid theoretical basis of track and field, toimprove the performance of shot put athletes of our country teenagers to provide new ideas.This research mainly adopts case study method, the methods of documentary, expertinterview method, with Sun Shuai case study, this paper analyses strength trainingcharacteristics and laws of shot put performance improved, as well as to the shot put strengthtraining in the training content and training load, training methods and means, monitoring andevaluation, training, problem such as fatigue and recovery in-depth discussion and analysis,and draw the following conclusions:(1) Sun Shuai according to the following situation, throughout the year can be dividedinto run-up, BiSaiQi and transition period, including BiSaiQi for July and August, thetransition period for September and October, the run-up to November to next June; Threecycles at the same time be divided into single cycle, the cycle, cycle3forms to prepare for.(2) Sun Shuai full-year refinement into three strength training cycle, the transition period,mainly to rest and adjust the run-up in order to improve the general fundamental power isgiven priority to, before the period mainly improve Sun Shuai special forces.(3) Sun Shuai in strength training, the load arrangement follows the applicability andcontrollability, shows the characteristics of diversified training methods, strength trainingfocuses on three parts in the upper limbs, lower limbs and torso, the instruments are mainlycomposed of barbell and kettlebells.(4) Sun Shuai training, through the power of1year after the30m timing, standing longjump, throw the shot put, bench press, squat, high turn over, push neck seven professionalstrength capacity in different degrees higher than the previous index, and shot put resultsimproved obviously, explain Sun Shuai special power quality enhancement in shot put performance has a positive role in promoting.(5) Sun Shuai very pay attention to the recovery of strength training, mainly used infatigue strength initiatives for sleep, rest, suggestive method, mainly using music therapy inmental fatigue recovery, by massage and traction in rehab, etc.(6) Sun Shuai upper limb strength training mainly adopts the bench press, trunk mainuse high strength training, auxiliary lift using a barbell, snatch and the clean and jerk,abdominal, hip, weight, lower limb strength training mainly adopts the squat and crouch,auxiliary by pimping and bunkers kettlebells.
