How to introduce the core strength training to the modern athletic sports is thecommon research recently in many sports field. This thesis mainly studies the impactof core strength training on the shot put training.Core strength training is the humanmuscle training of the deep and shallow muscle in the core parts of the body. It is notonly for the purpose of the development of muscle force ability, more importantly, itcan effectively balance the development of the core parts of the capacity and stabilitycapacity, etc. The shot put movement is known as a sport that uses absolute power asthe core, and from bottom to top has the power sequence of movement. This thesismainly studies the role of core strength training of shot put performance and itsinfluence to understand the relationship between the shot put movement and corestrength.This paper is mainly to analyze the experimental data and the correlation of corestrength training and the shot put performance through the literature material method,experimental method, especially through the literature material method. During theexperiment, first of all, divide the students into several groups and before the start ofthe experiment on the indicators, to analyze correlation between groups. If thedifference was not significant to the experiment, then begins the experiment. After theexperiment, make the performance indexes of the experimental group and the controlgroup difference correlation analysis, thus draw the conclusion and analyze thereasons and results. This experiment is based on the analysis of14throwing athletesin Jinan NO.7Middle School. Concluded by analyzing the experimental data for theexperiment, the influence of the basic physical quality difference of shot put athletesis not obvious, so we can conduct experiments.1.Through the analysis of the experimental results, we can draw on core strengthtraining to improve performance of the shot has a distinct role. After the experimentafter experiment group whether it is throwing the shot put athlete, standing stillSliding Shot has a significant performance improvement, and there have been significant differences in the correlation analysis with the control group.2. The experimental results can be found in the experimental group after theexperimental results gliding shot most significant growth, which also reflects the corestrength training shot technology to complete the action has a good role in promoting.3. After four cycles of training, the experimental group had made progress on thebasic qualities of the body, although there was no significant difference between thecontrol groups, the basic quality of the experimental group is more significant than thecontrol group.
