The core strength training, derived from fitness and recovery field, is a newtraining theory used in physical training of competitive sports. It trains the strengthand stability ability of core and deep small muscle group. In our country, somesporting events have utilized this method such as basketball, football, gymnastics,swimming and so on. However, core strength training was rarely used in volleyballproject especially experimental studies. Experimental method was conducted on thisstudy and the difference of core area explosiveness of athletes was comparativelyanalysed before and after the training. During this study,15volleyball special playersof Shenyang Sport University, respectively was selected and14weeks training planwas designed according to the principle of explosiveness and core strength training.Meanwhile, we choosed two evaluation indexs about core area explosiveness. And thefollowing results:1. Training program significantly improved athletes test scores of relative peak torqueand relative maximum work which demonstrated that core muscle group’s biggeststrength of athletes improved obviously. Besides, working ability of some musclegroups (iliopsoas, rectus abdominis, obliquus internus abdominis and obliquusexternus abdominis) were enhanced.2. Traing plan advanced explosive power of core muscle group which is manifested inthe increased score of relative maximum power and time to peak torque.Thisillustrated that core muscle group can play a greater power in a short time.3. Traing plan increased work efficiency and power transmissibility of core musclegroup and was benefical to the strength cohesion transfer and integration of coremuscle group. It mainly reflected in improved score of small solid ball throwing awayin three postures and had significant difference.4. Training program enhanced core muscle group explosive power as well as stability.This mainly reflected in significant difference of ration of extention and flexionbefore and after test.
