Objective: To investigate the changes in the characteristics of chronic low back painpatients with lumbar abdominal muscles surface muscle electrical signals before andafter the experiment, the subjective feeling of pain as well as core muscle potentialchanges to evaluate the tai chi to improve the effects of chronic low back pain patientsfunction, as well as the different interventionthe impact chronic low back painpatients. Insight into the changes of tai chi exercise on patients with chronic low backpain muscle work characteristics for more in-depth discussion of the tai chimechanism for chronic low back pain, provide a theoretical reference and provideeffective treatment options for patients, improve chronic low back pain rehabilitationfield of theory and practice.Results:1, AEMG test results: The results show that by a12-week tai chi exercises, tai chi group each group the muscle AEMG value has a tendency to increase, in whichthe left and right side of the rectus abdominis, external oblique muscle in the right andleft flanks, left and rightside erector spinae tai chi group before and after comparisonof core stability group after the experiment group compared with the control groupshowed a significant difference (p <0.05), and core stability training group after theexperiment left rectus abdominis, external oblique muscle Youfuright erector spinaethan to experiment before AEMG value increases, with the blank group differencesevident.2erector spinae volatility, time Results: The results showed that, after theexperiment tai chi group erector spinae muscle endurance is superior core stabilitytraining group, core stability training group than the control group.3core the musclepotential energy test results: the lower back of the tai chi group static, dynamicendurance test experiment after than before the experiment has improved, which, abdomen static muscle, back dynamic, abdomen muscular endurance testinglaboratories after than before the experiment test showed significant difference (P<0.05), back static muscle endurance test after the experiment than before theexperiment was very significant difference (P <0.01). Test results prior to theexperiment of the tai chi group with core training group compared to the abdomen, back, static and dynamic endurance test no statistically significant difference (p>0.05); same after the experiment was no significant difference (p>0.05), but the taichi group abdominal back static and dynamic muscular endurance than core stabilitytraining group enhanced.4, the results of the subjective pain indicators: three groupsof European functional scale before and after the experiment results show, the tai chigroup comparison of before and after the experiment, and after the experiment withthe blank group both showed significant differences (p <0.05), with the core traininggroup experiment compared does not appear significant difference, but the painimproving effect as well as the ability to live more improved.Conclusions:1. Chronic low back pain the the muscle EMG average volatility (AEMG) after12weeks regularity of tai chi exercise than exercise before the rise, which the left andright side of the rectus abdominis was a significant difference (p <0.05), the left and right flanks exotropia muscle, left and right side of the erector spinae increasedsignificantly, were very significant differences (p <0.01), may be the regularity of taichi exercise can increase the participation of the superficial muscle motor units, tai chican improve patients with chronic low back pain muscle muscle force, the effects ofchronic low back pain patients with muscle work characteristics.2.Core stability training also make the left side of the rectus abdominis, the leftand right flanks of the external oblique and the left EMG a figure AEMG increase, showed a significant difference (p <0.05), description of core stability training canaffect patients with chronic low back pain muscle characteristics compared to corestability training, but tai chi exercises, the left and right side of the rectus abdominis, the left and right flanks of the external oblique muscle, and the left and right side theerector spinae effect better, the other muscles the effect is not obvious.3. Regularity tai chi exercises and core stability exercises can improve coremuscle functional status of patients with chronic low back pain, and the ability tomitigate pain feeling, improve quality of life but more significant role in theperformance of Taijiquan exercise.4.12weeks of tai chi exercise can improve to some extent, chronic low back painpatients with bilateral rectus abdominis, external oblique, erector spinae muscleimbalance phenomenon of chronic low back pain in patients with back muscle staticendurance decreased regularity tai chi exercise lower back static endurance can beimproved to a certain extent, may increase in the recruitment of type I fibers.5.12weeks of tai chi exercises and core stability exercises affect the multifidusmuscle, the gluteal muscle deep muscle ineffective, may be12weeks of exercise arenot enough patients affect local stability muscles.
