Cheerleading is a sport team sport, needs to have a strong team spirit.Along with the Cheerleading sport development, in addition to requiring good physical fitness and motor skills, require cheerleaders show good team styleCheerleading training studies try to explore expanding training intervention, experimental analysis of influence on team cohesion and experiments prove promotion of outward bound helps the Cheerleading team cohesion, to expand the training introduced in other team sports improve teamwork, laying the Foundation.Development training is experiential learning process, and team learning.This paper, by means of outward bound into the Southwest Jiaotong University cheerleading team training, group environment questionnaire by Ma Hongyu (GEQ) is divided into four team cohesion dimension data analysis, three times through a four-week outward bound team test, data analysis and processing, and draw the appropriate conclusions.This thesis literature, questionnaire, social diagram, experimental and mathematical statistics method and experimental verification on the basis of the draw the following conclusions:(1) expanding training for cheerleading team cohesion, the Social figure shown in the analysis, lab, a lab team members in communication, collaboration, trust, interpersonal relations, and other areas have increased cohesion index.(2) for it’s project control feature, designed to have a targeted training courses, and the use is not the same control group measured before and after experimental design of the pilot program, the empirical training of cheerleading group cohesion of the riser has a significant effect.(3) expanding training method applied to experiment group in the training, and it is proved that:experiment, groups of contacts between individual attraction, groups of individuals, attracting, and group task consistency, groups have a consistent4-dimensional a lab before it increased significantly, and there are significant differences. Expand training to help cheerleading group cohesion level.(4) expanding training upon completion of this course, the cheering of the Movement to the test, the motion consistency and difficulty of action completed, experimental group than the control group for consistency, better, and more difficult for higher win rates. The training helps to increase among the team members of the collaboration and coordination.According to study findings presented two proposals: (1) the scale, is the international general collective project group cohesion measurement scale, but not the specialized measurement for cheerleading group cohesion meter, can not fully comply with the cheerleading training in China, suggest researchers set out specific cheerleading measurement group cohesion scale.(2) to expand the training has a positive influence on the cheerleading team cohesion, but found in the study on group communication has no significant difference consistency dimension, we recommend the more in-depth study of the causes of longitudinal.(3) the implementation of the object this research training for cheerleaders athletes, not involved in cheerleading coaches. But as a coach is very important in the sports team role, can not be ignored. Therefore, future research should take into account the coaches coaches, increase the ability of team management.
