In recent years, along with our country city changes rapidly, the increasing sizeof the floating children. The rapid growth of the population size of floating childrenbecome a community concern. Migrant children as the city’s second generationimmigrant city, adaptability of the problems they face are compared with their parentsmore complex. For the children, they not only in a special age stage, critical, but theyalso face the strange, unstable environment for the growth, physiological,psychological, educational and social aspects of their will appear all sorts ofproblems.This article is from the perspective of social work for migrant children in city toprovide professional services development as the starting point, to social work methodis applied to the floating children and professional services for the research content,effect and problems through the analysis of migrant children in the city to city in theprocess of the problems and methods of social work for migrant children improveprofessional services use when possible, summary and reflection from the perspectiveof social work practice.In this paper the design four group activities for children faced the problem offlow x community. From four cases of the intervention process results can be seen,after professional social work intervention, we choose the service object adaptabilityin psychology, behavior and culture has been a corresponding increase in. The crewreceived psychological support in the group activities, enhance parent-childcommunication and enhance the ability to grow. The city, improve their adaptabilityplays an important role in campus life. The social work is promising in the field, weare in the localization of social work in the process of exploring can explore more practical social work field, the rich work experience and the development of localsocial local social work theory.
