In the globalization wave of curriculum reform, the mother tongue curriculum reform is the core curriculum reform which all countris take together.In the1990s,the mainland and Taiwan have started a new round of reform to meet the rapid development of the society’s demanding for qualified personnel.By the impact of the mothertongue curriculum reform,the two areas all introduc edadvaneed curriculum ideas,contacted with local conditions,then developed new Chinese curriculum documents, and make a new exploration and practice with the location and setting of the goal of Chinese curriculum. In order to deeply understand the progress of reform and basic experience of mother tongue education, deepen our understanding of the curriculum of contemporary native language education basic concepts and core value concept. on the other hand, in order to promote teachers’teaching level, and serve the school and the students better, we take the mainland and Taiwan Chinese curriculum target as a starting point. In this paper, we compare the two curriculum objectives, and then seek ways of value orientation of Chinese curriculum goal of reasonable and effective teaching practice with and teaching in the process of discourse analysis, to find the similarities and differences.in the finally, achieving mutual enlightenment on the reform of curriculum and teaching material to the two areas.The first part of the paper discusses the theoretical basis of course objectives research and the status quo of Chinese curriculum goal comparative study between Mainland China and Taiwan. The second part of the paper is a comparative analysis on the Chinese curriculum goal of continent " The Chinese Course Criterion of Full-time Coinpulsory Education(2011)" and Taiwan " nine-year National Education Curriculum Outline ". The comparative study includs the overall objective’s comparison and milestones’comparison,in order to investigate the differences and similarities between the two areas on value orientation of Chinese curriculum goal.The third chapter of the paper take "Mulan" for example, comparing comparison of Chinese textbooks’establishment of mainland and Taiwan. Because we only take one lesson for example, it is difficult to involve in the the system of teaching material’s selection and knowledge system for comparison.The only one we can study is the system of supported learning.From the presentation of all the elements in supported learning system and the degree they work in concert with curriculum goal,we can contrast the the similarities and differences and the advantages and disadvantages of the Chinese curriculum goal in both sides in the implementation stage.The fourth chapter discusses the transformation of Chinese curriculum goal to the teaching goal and then into the teaching effectiveness of practice. Teaching design through "Mulan" lesson of this chapter from the teaching plan, teaching objectives, teaching content, teaching method and the teaching results show four aspects compares the teaching design of curriculum standards to reach the effectiveness of. Three teaching design from Professor Chen Manming, the Chinese Department of national Taiwan Normal University Zhejiang Jiaxing Wuyuan town middle school teacher Lu Haifeng and the people’s education press course materials research institute.Different mode of thinking,values,social and political factors determines that members of the same nation give a different thinking about the same question in difference background. This is also the reason why the culture of the Chinese nation and shining. The fifth part gives mutual reference to curriculum goal’s establishment of the two areas.
