Resources and environment, as the material basis of human existence and activities, has a crucial role in the social economic development. Resources and environment data is not only reflected in the important role of these but also an important basis for the analysis of the role. With the enlargement of resources and environment data, the problem that how to use the software and database technology to manage data scientifically is the process of using resources and environment data need to face.Shangri-La resources and environment information management system aim to meet the demands of project data management and solve the problem of resources and environment data management. Using the resource and environment data of Shangri-La as data resources, this paper established a space information management system with ArcGIS development platform, which realized query and analysis function of vector data态remote sensing data and statistical data. This system provided a data support for the measurement and dynamic analysis of ecological capital. The main research contents and results are summarized as follows:1. Construct a space information database for resources and environment data, implementation of centralized management of the data. Based on the.Net development platform, this system integrated a variety of remote sensing image data, vector map data, statistical data, and provide an important data source for researching on resources and environment. The System realized query and analysis function of vector data, remote sensing data and statistics data by a keyword, extent, conditions and other information through the SQL language and database-related operations.2. Processing and analysis of resources and environment data. Based on the management of the data and ArcGIS Engine development component, system realizes the spatial data processing and analysis capabilities, including various types of data read and display, editing vector data, image data processing, buffer analysis, overlay analysis and comparison analysis. Analysis and statistical function of the social statistics data.3. Remote sensing and spatial information spatial data processing automation extract. This system packaged a variety of image processing methods including atmospheric correction, clipping image irregular in batches and data format conversion, and automated the process flow. That allows users to get rid of the duplicate data processing problems.The system designed and implemented environmental data resource organization, management, analysis and processing functions, and combined remote sensing image processing technology and thematic map display technology. Using RS and GIS integration development method, integrated at the bottom of system, so that the analysis of data processing operations and data management operations can be completed in the one system. Due to my limited knowledge and ability, the way to improve the environment resources database, data security and other aspects still need to be studied in greater depth.
